Everything I know? Self-taught. I figured out productivity systems because I had to. No one teaches you how to manage 200 DMs a week or keep five clients happy without losing your mind. So I built systems, tested them, broke them, and rebuilt them until they worked. And I'm still building, testing and breaking because your business deserves systems that evolve with it, not ones stuck in 2019.

Also, I'm a foodie with a complicated relationship with food, and my current obsession is Chinese translated novels. Chocolates are non-negotiable.
